Increasing the thermal conductivity of the phase-change material graphene nanotubes

The paper presents the results of experimental studies use graphene nanotubes to increase thermal conductivity a phase-changing material. Graphene were dispersed in molten paraffin by ultrasonic treatment an amount 0.1–0.5 wt.%. obtained samples with examined on scanning calorimeter. All different content during heating and cooling DSC curves had two peaks corresponding phase transitions main hydrocarbons that are part paraffin. presence did not significantly affect shape curves. Expe¬riments sample thermostat terms time delay changing temperature indicated solid state when added it decrease liquid state. These effects increased increasing mass nanotubes. method stationary heat flow was used determine coefficient material According measurement results, maximum 22 % at nanotube concentration 0.5 coefficients various materials «contrasting» inclusions compared accor¬ding calculations experiments.
